This how-to guide would not exist if I hadn’t suffered from insomnia myself in 2004. I found myself having difficulty falling asleep. I also woke up many times during the night and felt dreadful in the morning. I know how it feels and how much it affected my productivity. I‘ve read and tested many things on the subject of ‘how to sleep better’ before I took it seriously and started to learn a relaxation technique called Autogenic Training.
Since becoming an Autogenic therapist (2008) I helped entrepreneurs, busy parents, students, people in high profile position and people who had difficulty with sleep for 2-60 years to increase the number of sleeping hours and improve the quality of the sleep.
This how-to guide is a collection of the tips and tricks combined with a guided relaxation exercise I assisted clients with throughout the years.
